7. GORDON MOORE
Gordon Moore is the co-founder of Intel. He retired from his business roles in 2006 and is now closely associated with philanthropy with his other half. Together, they run the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation and have currently contributed $5 billion to projects supporting ecological preservation, client care, and science.
