The chairman and CEO of the computer system maker, Dell, wants to support education, human and social services, arts and culture, and neighborhood advancement. His lifetime contributions are approximated $1.1 billion. His structure promised to contribute $25 million to construct a 211-bed medical facility in Austin, Texas.
