According to the new cover story in Forbes, Jay-Z is the first hip-hop artist to become a billionaire. He made his fortune through music, real estate, stakes in other companies, liquor, streaming services, and others. He also owns his own brands like Rocawear clothing line; which, sold for $204 million in 2007.
